FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
Hermitage, Pennsylvania law firm is looking for a professional who is reliable, a multitasker, eager to learn and works well under pressure. This is a fast-paced law firm that needs an individual who can be a self-starter and has a willingness to run our front office with confidence and compassion. You will be the face of the front office and will oversee all scheduling of the attorney(s), along with locating and filing client files. You will be responsible for opening all client files for the drafting team and scheduling all appointments.
Other duties include handling the office mail, stocking any paper and/or supplies, ordering any supplies needed for the office equipment, and communicating with all clients, financial advisors, attorneys, courthouses, etc. You essentially will be the hub of the law firm, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
- Must have excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel/and Acrobat Adobe.
- Must have strong clerical skills with proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Must be organized and be able to work independently.
- Must be able to proofread documents for clarity and accuracy.
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be a team player who can collaborate effectively with fellow colleagues.
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN:
- Microsoft Office
- Avery program
- Scan, copy, fax and email
- Data entry
- Confirming meetings
